My goal
My goal is to complete my first half marathon that takes place in May of this year. I thought it would be a great idea to sign up for this as motivation to work out. My only problem I face is that I have a hard time with being consistent. I will work out for two days and then fizz out. So, I decided to lay out a pair of size 12 jeans I want to fit into on a chair in my room. It will be a constant reminder to me that I need to go work out. No pain No gain! :) I will keep you posted on my workouts and progress I have made. So stay tuned :)
